Welcome to Chaine des Rotisseurs Bailliage Provincial de Bali
The Chaine des Rotisseurs has been active since the early 90’s in Bali when the majority of the members were from the Professional ranks including General Managers, Chefs and F&B Directors who had been members of the Chaine in their previous postings throughout the world. Over the years the Chaine has continued to grow and now includes a balance of Professional and Non Professional members who enjoy great food, wine and commraderie.
In 2013 the National Committee has created more opportunities for members and new members to enjoy some exceptional dining experiences. The Chaine Bailliage de Bali is now divided into three Regional Bailliages, offering membership and special events across Bali. Regional Bailliages are active in Nusa Dua, Sanur/Ubud and Seminyak under the umbrella of the Bailliage Provincal de Bali. As we live on one of the World’s most unique and tropical Island paradises, with a growing number of exceptional restaurant and hotel dining experiences, members now have the privilege to attend the Amical Events in both casual and formal settings across the Island. Dress code is Bali Chic or International Coutoure, and on occasion Black Tie. Each Bailliage hold 2-3 dinners a year in addition to the annual Black Tie Gala.
The Chaine des Rotisseurs is considered one of the world’s and Bali’s premier associations for gourmands, and includes an eclectic mix of Professional and Non-Professional members, reflective of the multi cultural blend existing amongst the foreign and local residents of Bali.
