On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce the Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali, which will be hosted by Mr. Christopher Norton, General Manager of the Four Seasons Resort, Jimbaran -Bali, and his team. The details for this event are as follow:

Mr. Daniel Simon, Director of Food and Beverage and Ms. Helena Hendarto, Banquet Coordinator are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a fantastic seven courses gastronomic menu prepared by Mr. Marc Miron, Executive Chef and his team.
