On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali, which will be hosted by Mr. Peter O' Connor and his team at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali, Kuta. The details for this event are as follow:

Mr. Darryl Marsden, EAM Food & Beverage and Mr. Made Awangga, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a fantastic seven courses gastronomic menu prepared by Chris himself, and his team.

As there are limited seats for this function to enable the chefs to provide us with the culinary delights expected at a Chaine function, I would like to request that you register and send your contribution to the following address, using the form attached to this invitation, either by regular mail or by email at the following address by the 24th of April 2002 at the latest.

• A maximum of three guests per member including your spouse/partner will be entertained.
