On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali, which will be hosted by Michel Vivier General Manager at the Novotel Coralia in Tanjung Benoa. The details for this event are as follow:

Mr. Pascal Bellon, F&B Manager and Mr. Made Pikir, Chef are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a traditional spit roast menu prepared by Pascal himself and his acclaimed team.

As there are limited seats for this function to enable the chefs to provide us with the culinary delights expected at a Chaine function, I would like to request that you register and send your contribution to the following address, using the form attached to this invitation, either by regular mail or by email at the following address by the 9th of December 2002 at the latest.
