On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce the first Dinner Amical of the year of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This very special dinner will be hosted by Mr. Guy Heywood and his team at The Restaurant of the Amanusa Resort, Nusa Dua. The details for this event are as follow:

Mr. Marcel Huser, Executive Chef, and Mr. Sukarna Sunu, F&B Manager, are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a fantastic gastronomic menu prepared by Marcel himself and his team.

As the seating is limited to only 42 seats for this function to enable the chefs to provide us with the culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, I would like to request that you register and send your contribution to the following address, using the form attached to this invitation, either by regular mail or by email at the following address by the 14th of January 2003 at the latest.
