On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce the second Dinner Amical of the year of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali.This very special dinner will be hosted by Mr. Frederic Flageat-Simon and his team at Alila Ubud. The details for this event are as follow:

Mr. Matt Coates and Mr. Simon Blaby, Executive - Chefs are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a most interesting menu. Also it should be a great opportunity to spend a weekend away in bucolic Ubud, at very special rates.

As the seating is limited to only 60 seats for this function to enable the chefs to provide us with the culinary delights expected at a Chaine function, I would like to request that you register and send your contribution to the following address, using the form attached to this invitation, either by regular mail or by email at the following address by the 22nd of March 2003 at the latest.
