On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This very special dinner will be hosted by Mr. Ian Mc Kie and his team at Bali Hilton, Nusa Dua. The details for this event are as follow:

Mr. Ketut Sukamara, Executive-Chef and Mr. Ketut Wirabawa, F&B Manager are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a most interesting menu called the Flavors of Spring.

As the seating is very limited for this function to enable the chefs to provide us with the culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, I would like to request that you register and send your contribution to the following address, using the form attached to this invitation, either by regular mail or by email at the following address by the 19th of May 2003 at the latest.

Should you wish to stay at the Hilton on the evening of the Dinner Amical, Ian has kindly offered a rate of Rp. 650.000 nett per deluxe room inclusive of breakfast for 2 pax.

I also would like to take this opportunity to remind members that:

• Registration for the Dinner Amical will be accepted in order of receipt.
• Contribution should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
