

| 24th October 2003 Dear Chaîne Member: On behalf of Firdaus Siddik, Bailli Delegue d'Indonesie, and Michel Cottray, Bailli de Bali, it is my pleasure to announce our last event of the year, the Chapitre Dinner and Induction Ceremony of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This very special Gala Dinner featuring a superb 9 course gourmet menu in honor of Auguste Escoffier, the Emperor of Chefs and his partner Cesar Ritz, the legendary Hotelier, will be hosted by Mr. David Wilson and his team at the Ritz-Carlton, Jimbaran. The details for this event are as follows:
Mr. Ronald Pietruszka, Executive Chef, and Mr. Agus Ilham, Director of F & B, are preparing a Gala Dinner to be remembered with a fantastic gastronomic menu prepared by Ronald and his team. At the conclusion of the dinner, a life band will perform and dancers will be invited on the floor. As there are only 80 seats available for this event to enable the chefs to provide us with the culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, I would like to request that you register and send your contribution to the following address using the form attached to this invitation, either by regular mail or by email to the following address by the 27th of November 2003 at the latest.
