On behalf of the Bali council it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This very special dinner will be hosted by Mr. Michel Cottray and his team at Portraits Restaurant in The Westin Bali, Nusa Dua. The details for this event are as follow:

Mr. Markus Krickelberg, Executive Chef, and Mr. Alex Riva, Executive Assistant Manager, are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a fantastic gastronomic menu prepared by Markus himself and his team.

As there are only 60 seats available for this function to enable the chefs to provide us with the culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, I would like to request that you register and send your contribution to the following address, using the form attached to this invitation, either by regular mail or by email at the following address by the 9th of February 2004 at the latest.

• A maximum of three guests per member including your spouse/partner will be entertained.
