On behalf of the Bali council it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This very special dinner, an 8 course Kaiseki Menu, will be hosted by Mr. Robbert Van der Maas and his team at the Nampu Restaurant of the Grand Hyatt Bali, Nusa Dua. The details for this event are as follow:

Mr. Shinji Sudo , Japanesse - Chef and Mr. David Mansfield , Executive Assistant Manager, are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a fantastic gastronomic menu prepared by Chef Shinji himself, and his team.

As there are only 60 seats available for this function to enable the chefs to provide us with the culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, I would like to request that you register and send your contribution to the following address, using the form attached to this invitation, either by regular mail or by email at the following address by the 23rd of March 2004 at the latest.

• A maximum of three guests per member including your spouse/partner will be entertained.
