On behalf of the Bali council it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This very special dinner will be hosted by Mr. Hansjoerg Meier and his team at The Restaurant at The Legian, Seminyak. The details for this event are as follow:

Mr. Nam Quoc Nguyen, Executive-Chef, is preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a fantastic gastronomic menu prepared by Chef Nam himself and his team.

As there are restricted seats available for this function to enable the chefs to provide us with the culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, I would like to request that you register and send your contribution to the following address, using the form attached to this invitation, either by regular mail or by email at the following address by the 31st of May 2004 at the latest.

• Booking received before the cut-off date does not necessary secure your seat
• Contribution should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
