On behalf of the Bali council it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This very special dinner will be hosted by Mr. Danny McCaferty and his team at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Nusa Dua. The details for this event are as follow:

Mr. Jeremy Cooper, Executive-Chef, Bp. Gede Witayasa F&B Manager are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a fantastic gastronomic menu prepared by Chef Jeremy himself and his team.

As there are restricted seats available for this function to enable the chefs to provide us with the culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, I would like to request that you register and send your contribution to the following address, using the form attached to this invitation, either by regular mail or by email at the following address by the 4th of September 2004 at the latest.

• Booking received before the cut-off date does not necessary secure your seat
