On behalf of the Bali council it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. Mr. Jamal Hussain and his team at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali, Kuta, will host this very special dinner. The details for this event are as follow:

Mr. Christian Buggelsheim, Director of F&B and Bp. Felix Ekoyuniarto, Executive - Chef are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a fantastic seven courses gastronomic menu prepared by Chef Felix himself, and his team.

As there will be only 60 seats available for this function to enable Christian to prepare the set for this "Evening with the Hollywood Stars", I would like to request that you register and send your contribution to the following address, using the form attached to this invitation, either by regular mail or by email at the following address by the 17th of October 2004 at the latest. Please note that we will not be able to entertain reservations after this date.

• Booking received before the cut-off date does not necessary secure your seat
• Contribution should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
