On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This very special 8-course dinner will be kindly hosted by Mr. David Wilson and his team at the Dava Restaurant of the Ritz-Carlton Bali, Jimbaran. The details for this event are as follows:

Executive Chef Ron Pietruszka and Mr. Troy Clarry, Executive Assistant Manager are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a fantastic gastronomic menu prepared by Chef de Cuisine Richard Millar and his team.

As there are restricted seats available for this function to enable the chefs to provide us with the culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, I would like to request that you register and send your contribution to the following address, using the form attached to this invitation, either by regular mail or by email at the following address by the 15th of March 2005 at the latest.

• Booking received before the cut-off date does not necessary secure your seat.
• Contribution should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
