This very special 7-course "Sabor Español" Spanish theme dinner will be kindly hosted by Mr. Alfonso Romero and his team at the prestigious Melia Bali Villas & Spa Resort, Nusa Dua. The details for this event are as follows:

Executive Chef Matthew Wood and Sr. Sous Chef Gusti Ngurah Kanca along with the quality of service provided by the Resident Manager Christian Reitbauer and his team Eddy Purnama, Sr. F&B Manager and Oka Jaya, F&B Manager are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a fantastic gastronomic menu prepared by the Spanish Chef Oscar Urcelay and his team.
