On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This very special 8-course seafood dinner will be kindly hosted by Mr. Paul Blake and his team at the enchanting Maya Ubud Resort & Spa. The details for this event are as follows:

Mr. Otto M. King, F&B Manager along with Chef at Maya Mr. Ketut Langgeng and the indispensable assistance of Mr. Kerta Darma and Mr. Raka Wiadnyana, Senior Assistant and Assistant F&B Manager, are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a fantastic gastronomic menu.
