

| 11th September 2005 Dear Chaîne member: On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This very special event hosted by Mr. Hans Meier will feature the award winning Melbourne Chef Teage Ezard who overseas the kitchen of his acclaimed restaurant, Ezard. The details for this event are as follows:
Chef Teage will prepare a dazzling five courses dinner featuring his trademark "Australian Free Style" cooking that will be paired with some fine wines from the cellar of The Margan Winery and Peter Lehman Winery. Andrew Margan and Howard Duncan will present some of their finest crus on the evening.
