On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our Chaîne Chapître 2005 of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This very special "Glitz & Glamour" dinner will be presented by 6 of the most talented Chefs in Bali. Mr. Detlev Truernit and his team at the Grand Hyatt will kindly host the event and the details are as follows:

Mr. Paul Wright, F&B Director along with Executive Chef Lother Arsana and the rest of the food and beverage team are preparing an evening to be remembered complemented with a fantastic gastronomic journey designed by 5 additional chefs, concretely Chef Ron Pietruska (Ritz-Carlton), Chef Jeremy Cooper (Nusa Dua Beach), Chef Gary Rosen (Conrad), Chef Nam Quoc Nguyen (The Legian) and Chef Stephan Mueller (Nikko).
