On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This very special event will be hosted by the Chef/Manager of Di Mare restaurant in Jimbaran Bay Mr. Raymond Saja & General Manager of Karma Resorts Mr. Greg Liddle. The details for this event are as follows:

Chef Raymond is preparing a very special dinner with the theme sea & land. This promises to be a memorable evening with excellent food, wine and of course company. As you are all aware the Chaine demands the highest levels of culinary artistry from chefs, our dinners are therefore small, intimate affairs.

For this special feast of sea & land, we have seating for a maximum of 48 guests only, we would therefore like to remind you all to register soonest using the credit card booking form below. This may be sent to us via e-mail or fax and should be received before the 25th May 2006 latest.
