On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali. This unique event will be hosted in the Ritz Carlton's Dava Restaurant by General Manager Mr. David Wilson, Chef de Cuisine Dean Keddel & Restaurant Manager Putu Suantara.

Two Celebrity Chefs will be resident at The Ritz Carlton for one week especially for this event. This is a rare opportunity to sample the very best Australian food and wines, prepared by "The Wizards of Oz". Two of South Autralian's most celebrated and well-known chefs, Peter Jarmer who specializes in Modern Australian, and Andrew Fielke known worldwide for utilizing the best of Australian herbs, spices and other indigenous ingredients.
