On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our next Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali.

This years' event will showcase the Starwood group of hotels here in Bali and will be hosted in The Laguna Resort & Spa (formerly Sheraton Lagoon) by General Manager Mr. Frank Beck, plus the three Executive Chefs from The Starwood Group, namely;

Westin Resor Nusa Dua - Mr Markus Krickelberg,
Le Meridien Nirwana Resort & Spa - Mr. Simon Hague
The Laguna Resort & Spa - Mr. I Made Putra

The Starwood Hotels have promised us a no expenses spared evening with all the glitz & glamour you would expect from Starwood. Our hosts will be presenting us with some unique individual dinner courses under the theme COLOURS OF STARWOOD.

Having attended the food tasting last Friday (which by the way was superb), and without spoiling the surprise we have in store for you, I can promise that anyone who attends this function will be in for a real treat!
