On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our first Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali for 2007.

On behalf of the Bali committee, we would like to announce our first Dinner Amical for 2007 titled "Authentic Thai with a Twist" which will be held on the 31st of March at The Terrace - Thai Restaurant in the Amanusa Resort – Nusa Dua.

Mr. Monti Brown, the General Manager at the Amanusa and Executive Chef Craig Diss will orchestrate the dinner along with resident Thai chef Anon. This promises to be an exciting evening with vibrant foods, wine and of course good company.

The details for this event are as follows:

Chefs Craig & Anon are preparing a very unique dinner under the theme "Thai with a Twist". This promises to be an enjoyable evening and an opportunity to taste high quality Thai food, great wines and of course entertaining company.

As you are all aware the Chaine demands the highest levels of culinary artistry from chefs, our dinners are therefore small, intimate affairs. For this special Thai feast we have seating for a maximum of 40 guests only, we would therefore urge you all to register soonest using the credit card booking form below. This may then be sent to us via e-mail or fax and should be received before the 25th March 2007 latest.
