On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our first Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali for 2007.

This event will be held on the 21st of April at the renowned Kafe Warisan Restaurant on Jalan Raya Kerobokan and is entitled "The Ultimate Warisan Experience".

Owner Mr. Said & Executive Chef /Owner Mr. Doudou will be flying the ingredients all the way from France to ensure they serve us only the best. This will be the most authentic classical French dinner that Kafe Warisan has ever hosted which typifies their passion for food & lust for perfection.

We will be treated to a special 6 Course Classical French Menu and the restaurant will be closed to the public; reserved exclusively for Chaîne members and their guests.

This culinary voyage has been promised for some time and will be an evening where we will find ourselves lavished with flavoursome authentic foods, unique wines and of course great company.

As you are all aware the Chaîne demands the highest levels of culinary artistry, our dinners are therefore intimate affairs. For this special evening of Classical French Cuisine we have seating for a maximum of 70 guests only.

As most of you are aware Warisan is a popular choice, so naturally we urge everyone to register soonest, preferably by completing the credit card booking form below. This may then be returned to us via e-mail or fax and should be received before the 18th April 2007 latest.
