On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our third Dinner Amical of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali for 2007.

This event will be held on the 9th June at The Samaya Villas in Seminyak and is entitled “A Fushion of Delicacies from the Americas & Europe”.

Fellow Chaine member & General Manager Mr. Ray Clark and world-renowned Chef Thorston Schubert, will be treating us to an intimate evening beneath the stars, the climax of which will be a sumptuous feast of traditional European foods blended with the flavours of the Americas. Dinner will be served on the Samaya’s new beachfront terrace…..any closer to the ocean and we will all need our swimming costumes!

We will be pampered to an evening of fine wines & cuisine which due to the limited spaces available is reserved exclusively for Chaine members and their guests only.

This is yet another unique opportunity to sample some of the finest foods available on Bali, all lovingly prepared by a world-class master chef. Prepare yourself to experience flavoursome food, married with fine wines and of course great company.

As you are all aware the Chaine demands the highest levels of culinary artistry, our dinners are therefore intimate affairs. For this special evening we have seating for a maximum of 60 guests only.

As most of you are aware our dinners are always extremely popular, so to avoid disappointment please register soonest, preferably by completing the credit card booking form below. This should then be returned to us via e-mail or fax and sent before the 3rd June 2007 latest..
