On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce a very special Members Only Dinner Amical for Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali for 2007.

This event will be held on the 29th September at the Bulgari Hotel and is entitled "White Night at The Bulgari".

Kindly Note the following guidelines will apply for this special event:

• Members Only Night is a special evening with limited seating for just 40 members/spouses and as such priority given to members who have attended the most dinners throughout the year.
• To allow for popular demand and cancellations we will be operating a waiting list for this event.
• Seats will only be given to members who submit a completed, signed booking form, including credit card details or cash payment on or before midday on Monday 27th August.
• Booking forms received with no payment details will automatically be moved to the waiting list.
• Verbal or e-mail requests with no booking form will not be considered as a reservation. Booking forms must be submitted in order to qualify.

On behalf of all our committee we apologise in advance if we are unable to accommodate everyone and implore your understanding and support.

Demands for the invitation and the enthusiasm of Fellow Chaine member & General Manager of The Bulgari, Mr. Robert Lagerway indicate that this will be an evening to remember. Robert & his team are preparing a unique selection of imported wines & gastronomic delights for our enjoyment.

Cocktails will be served from 7pm and Dinner will be served in the restaurant at 8pm.

This will be our first event at The Bulgari Hotel so be prepared for an exciting evening of select wines coupled with sumptuous cuisine, all carefully prepared by a world-class team. We invite you all to apply to join this culinary experience.

As you are all aware the Chaîne demands the highest levels of culinary artistry, our dinners are intimate affairs and for this special evening we have seating for a maximum of 40 guests only.

Reservations are as per the guidelines set out above. To avoid disappointment please register in the next few days, preferably by completing the credit card booking form below. This should then be returned to us via e-mail or fax and received along with FULL PAYMENT on or before the Monday 27th August 2007.

• Only after receiving your corresponding contribution, your seat will be secured accordingly.
• Contribution should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
