On behalf of the Confrerie de la Chaîne des Rotisseurs, it is my pleasure to announce The Chapitre D’ Indonesie, Bali 2007, a very special Gala Dinner & Dance featuring a pre-dinner induction ceremony for all new members.

This is an International event that will be attended by Chaîne members from overseas.

The Gala Dinner will be held on the 24th November at The Conrad Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua and is simply entitled "Noir"

Demands for the invitation and the enthusiasm of the culinary & service teams at The Conrad Hotel, guarantee that this will be an evening to remember. The team is preparing a unique, yet simple selection of fine wines & gastronomic delights for our enjoyment with an emphasis given to the theme of the evening which is, Noir.

Cocktails will be served from 6pm at the floating garden, followed by the induction ceremony starting at 7pm in the Ballroom. Dinner will be served at 8pm.

This will be our second event at The Conrad Hotel in as many years, and those members who attended the last dinner here know that we are in for an exciting evening of select wines coupled with sumptuous cuisine, all carefully prepared by a worldclass team.

The details for this event are as follows:

• This is a special Gala Dinner & Dance evening with limited seating for just 90 members/spouses and guests.
• Reservations will only be given to members who submit a completed, signed booking form, including credit card details or cash payment before midday on Monday 19th November.
• Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
• Booking forms received with no payment details will automatically be moved to the waiting list until full payment is received.

We would love to see all of our members attend this special annual gathering and support the induction of our newest members.

As most of you are already aware our Gala Dinner is a popular event and seating is limited, we therefore (if you have not done so already) urge you all to register soonest using the credit card booking form below. This should be returned to us via e-mail or fax along with FULL PAYMENT on or before Monday 19th November 2007.
