THIS IS A BLACK TIE EVENT.

The details for this event are as follows:

• This is a special wild mushrooms dinner with limited seating for just 60 members/spouses and guests.
• Reservations will only be given to members who submit a completed, signed booking form, including credit card details or cash payment.
• Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
• Booking forms received with no payment details will automatically be moved to the waiting list until full payment is received.
