On behalf of the Bali council, it is my pleasure to announce our Gala Dinner of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs du Bailliage de Bali for 2008.

This event will be held on the 13th December at The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Jimbaran.

The details for this event are as follows:

Reservations are on a strictly first come, first served basis so to avoid disappointment please register soonest, preferably by completing the credit card booking form attached.

I also would like to take this opportunity to remind members that:

• Registration for the Gala Dinner will be accepted in order of receipt.
• Only after receiving your corresponding contribution, your seat will be secured accordingly.
• Contribution should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
