The Bailliage de Bali was created in 2001 with the goal of showcasing and supporting the immense talent and creativity of Bali's chefs – both Indonesian and those drawn here from all corners of the world – and to share our passion for the enriching combination of fine food with equally fine wine and good company.

The small but precious island of Bali is culturally and artistically rich. A unique island, it enchants visitors with its beauty and magic, its beguiling people and its gentle life rhythm that is in such stark contrast to most of the world.
